Service design is the process of planning and organizing people, infrastructure, communication, and materials to enhance service quality and improve interactions between providers and users. It can be used to refine an existing service or to develop an entirely new one.

Every year, new talent emerges — trained in service design and user-centered design — precisely the expertise the creative sector urgently needs.

Buzzkruit offers these young professionals the chance to showcase themselves to established design firms and potential employers. Who are these emerging innovators? What knowledge have they gained? What are their ambitions, and how do they envision making an impact?

Buzzkruit is an evening of meaningful exchange, where the presence of design firms is crucial. After all, how else can the new generation feel genuinely welcomed into the world of innovation?

Join us for an inspiring speed-date event where participants connect, scout for talent, and share knowledge, all with a focus on service design and user-centered design.
